The Chelsea FanCast returns after an over due 3 week break, and the boys give a hearty welcome to new Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti on this weeks show. After Carlo’s comedy stand up performance in his first press conference, the FanCast boys best comedic efforts come in the form of some good old fashioned nob gags! They discuss Ancelotti’s command of English, his standing as a future stand up comedian and what his targets should be next season – the Champions League, Premier League or both!

The scandalous and horrific speculation about John Terry gets the boys thinking are players just in it for the money and why JT is irreplacable. Talking of transfer speculation, Chidge gets twisted blood trying to get his head round all the potential ins and outs. Chelsea seem to have an eye on UEFA’s foreign player ruling by bringing in young English talent and not being taken in by the current over pricing in the market thanks to Real Madrid and Man City. The boys approve this policy and the efforts being taken to keep hold of what is a very strong squd.

Chidge announces that he’ll be in Los Angeles to see Chelsea v Inter Milan, leading the singing no doubt and then doing a podcast on the following evening in a very British sounding pub – the Fox and Hounds! The boys preview the US tour and welcome the boys in blue playing in front of the new and growing US fan base, although some good old fashioned pre-season fixtures in England wouldn’t go amiss!!

In Dear Mart, questions on players similarities to Chewbacca and Han Solo are answered as well as how to become a Chelsea Freedom Fighter. In You’re on CFFC, we hear from Mike Keegan, Scott Melton and the podcast legend that is Kiri!!

The Boys are back in town after a two week break and are joined by Chelsea author, Mark Worrall, to review of the season. We discuss the best and worst moments from the season and what went right and what went wrong.

In a season of ‘3 halves!’, Scolari’s rise and fall are recounted, as well as Guus’ Golden spring and the highs of knocking the scousers out of the Champions league and winning the FA Cup and the lows of being mugged by Uefa and Barcelona. We discuss who our player of the season is and what our goal of the season was. Who will receive the prestigious Chelsea FanCast trophy – ‘The Chelsea Cocktail’ of a stick of celery in a pint of Guinness – Lampard, Cole, Terry, Malouda, Alex, Anelka? All will be revealed!

On this week’s Chelsea FanCast, the boys are still hung over from their FA Cup Victory celebrations! Stamford Chidge, ChelTel, The Celery Terrorist and Dr Martin are joined by Jason Coveyduck who came over to London all the way from Canada just to savour the Cup Final atmosphere.

We rake over the key moments of the game on the show, applaud Drogba, Super Frankie Lampard, Malouda and Ashley Cole and celebrate Chelsea’s second FA Cup in 3 years! We also raise a glass or two as we say farewell and thanks to Golden Guus. With Carlo Ancelotti’s arrival, we have a discussion on what we think of his appointment, what he needs to do and what we expect from him in the weeks, months and possibly years ahead.

We were all on fine singing form in the Blackbird pub after the Cup Final, and in we’d like to show the world the way to sing, we’ll bring you a rare old song that we belted out in the pub in honour of our cup final victory. And in view of the ban on chucking celery in the Pub, the boys make up for it with a full scale celery attack on Chidge during the show!

Tales From the Shed this week can only cover one subject and that would be what we got up to on Cup Final Day. In Dear Mart we answer questions on the Blue alliance between Chelsea and Rangers, and who the quietest away fans are. The show has a distinct FA Cup flavour this week as the boys recount FA Cup Finals from the past and preview the big game this Saturday, with FA Cup special editions of We’re Out To Show The World The Way To Sing and Tales from the Shed.

Before that though, we look back to the last game of the season against Sunderland, and Nicolas Anelka is applauded for securing the Golden Boot in style and wiping the smug look off ‘not the real’ Ronaldo’s face! Kalou gets a nod for his stunning goal and Ashley Cole too for a rare but much deserved goal for the Chelsea players Player of the Year.

We take a trip down memory lane and recall some of our favourite FA Cup finals proving, if need be, that Chelsea have an illustrious history in this, the most famous of all competitions. In We’re Out To Show The World The Way To Sing, we give an airing, not before time, to the most famous FA Cup song of them all – Blue is the Colour! In Tales From The Shed, we recall our last trip to an FA Cup final in 2007, a day that started as always in the Victoria pub in Paddington, and ended up in a good old sing song and full scale celery fight in the Blackbird pub, and launching the legend of the ‘Celery Terrorist’ and ‘Wee Billy’ in the process!

King of the Kings Road! - The Chelsea Football FanCast 75 part one

We have a very special guest on the show this week – one of the original ‘Kings of the Kings Road’!

Alan ‘Huddy’ Hudson played 189 games for Chelsea, scoring 14 goals and creating many more for the likes of Peter Osgood, Ian Hutchinson and Charlie Cooke. He was instrumental in helping Chelsea lift the European Cup Winners Cup in 1971. He was one of the most stylish and naturally gifted players ever to wear the famous blue shirt.

Born within earshot of Stamford Bridge, he is also fondly remembered by Blues fans as one of the many players of that era who were often to be found in one of the local pubs, having a pint or three with the fans! A true Chelsea legend in every sense of the word.

Alan was such an excellent guest, the show is in two parts. In part one, Alan comments on the Chelsea v Blackburn game, Guus Hiddink – “a marriage made in heaven” for Chelsea, and how he persuaded Frank Lampard to join Chelsea!

Alan discusses how it felt to play for Chelsea and become one the clubs stars at a very glamorous time for the club, his favourite goals and players and the legendary drinking with the fans and players in the Kings Road in the swinging sixties!

Alan’s great friend, and creator of the CFCUK Fanzine, David Johnstone also joins Martin, Chris, ChelTel and Chidge to join in the banter and take the “60 second fan” challenge in an unmissable show for Blues fans!

This week’s show is dedicated to Michel Platini and Tom Henning Ovrebo, those bastions of fair play, integrity and competence. Thanks guys it’s so nice to know that European football is in such safe hands.

So, what can you say after last Wednesdays injustice? Mugged, Robbed, cheated? Ripped off, victimized – the boys run the rule over the most unjust and sickening loss they’ve experienced. In the process of the Spanish Inquisition we ponder the excellent Chelsea performance, blame the idiot ref and point to a UEFA conspiracy. The anti-Chelsea media bias is re-examined as well as the over reaction to Drogba’s over reaction. Bottom line: time to move on. We don’t want to sound like moaning Scousers!

We also applaud the excellent resurrection against The Arse where Guus got the boys stoked up enough to inflict Arsenals worst league home defeat since 1977. It even lightened our mood…a little. But what warmed our hearts most was the sight of Anelka playing a blinder and Cech looking back to his best.

After all that it’s definitely time for a good old sing song. In “We’re out to show the world the way to sing” we give you three songs for the price of one, all of them appropriately inappropriate. By which we mean swearing. But then you don’t get cheated out of a place in the European Cup Final every week!In Dear Mart, we try to ease the pain and answer your questions. Consider it therapy. To cheer us up Chris gives us a “Tale from the Shed” recalling his and Stu’s trip to Barcelona in 2000. It ends up with their own version of Messy!

Finally in “You’re on CFFC”, Chidge shares the some of the post semi-final thoughts from the Facebook group, which has now grown to over 1,000 members, thus proving that at times when everybody hates the Chels, we stick together and get stronger!

On this weeks show we review the stoic 0-0 draw against Barcelona, the stroll in the park that was the 3-1 win against that club known as a small shop in Knightsbridge, and look forward to taking on the whining Catalans in the Champions League semi final second leg.

Well done Guus and the boys for the immense defence last week against Barcelona aka Scousers with Sun Tans!! In spite of Alves and co going down quicker than a Hollywood Hooker, the Chels stood up like real men. The well drilled tactical display leaves us with everything to play for on Wednesday, and the FanCast boys say let the Drogs out and unleash the Drogs of war. We all hope the Chels can avoid being shhloppy and keep it toight, so that we can enjoy a trip to Rome!

On Saturday, Fulham provided the hors deuve to the main course. The boys give due praise to Anelka and Drogba for wielding the rapier to good effect, and the much maligned and much improved Malouda gets a thumbs up too.

With our 5^th appearance at Wembley since 2007 due in a few weeks time, ‘Keep the Blue Flag Flying High’ gets a long over due airing on “We’d Like To Show The World The Way to Sing!”. ChelTel, gives us part two of the trip to Le Harve in 1993 in “Tales From The Shed”, with a special guest appearance from Dennis Wise!

“Dear Mart” features questions on whether a text to an ex can get us a goal, what does 1% say Frank Lampard mean, should we sign Tevez and are coconuts bears eggs!! And finally, in “You’re on CFFC” 10 year old Kiri sends us the post of the year, Mike Keegan has the big idea of the year and we hear from Dan and Robby down under.

This week sees the first birthday of the Chelsea Football FanCast and the original hardcore team of Chidge, Mart, ChelTel and the Blues Brothers celebrate in style with Cake and Champagne, or Champagne Top in Chris's case. Proper Chels!! We've got reviews of the Everton and West Ham games, a preview of the Barcelona game and the usual classic moments in Tales From The Shed, Dear Mart, We'd like to show the world the way to sing and You're on CFFC. And did we mention Cake and Champagne?

With the main business taken care of, the boys turn their attention to the football and news from this week. The 1-0 win at West Ham was punctuated by some good one touch football and a re-assuring penalty save by Petr Cech, but still isn't enough to keep our forlorn title hopes alive. Or at least that's how Guus sees it, after the frustrating 0-0 draw in the Cup Final dress rehearsal against Everton in midweek. We're inclined to agree albeit reluctantly.

On the bright side, the previously flawed Malouda continues to look like a world beater in the nick of time for the crunch match against Barcelona, and Boswinga is fit to take on Messi. Whilst the boys would like to see Mancienne given a crack at cleaning up Messi, they believe that the Camp Nou should hold no fear for the Chels and are looking for a big powerful bullying performance. Let's hope we don't end up playing against 12 men, since history tells us that the Ref is usually Barcelona's best player. All we are saying is give us a goal...or two!!

Martin is back with Dear Mart and shares a hilarious story from Ross Mooring's Father where we find out the secret of Chelsea's success in the late ‘80's and early ‘90's. We only score - when Ross pees, We only score - when Ross wees!! We also give advice on getting the right Chelsea badge for a tattoo and how to get match day tickets if you live in the USA or anywhere for that matter.

In You're on CFFC, we spread some disgusting insinuations based on ill-founded paper talk and sloppy journalism just to get a sensational headline and debate going. No, that's what James O'Brien from LBC did to Frank Lampard. We give him a taste of his own medicine!

The Blues Brothers give us the long awaited Gianfranco Zola song (the one about taking the piss out of Julian Dicks!) and a quick burst of Chim Chiminy. And finally we give a name check to just a few of the ‘loyal supporters' who have enjoyed the ride with us over the last year.

Benitez Bamboozled, Wenger Hiddwinked! - The Chelsea Football FanCast 71

On the show today we give you our best moments from a great week for Chelsea including how we greeted Harry Potter in the Imperial and how Chidge nearly got too friendly with a Police Horse on Wembley Way. Ross Mooring joins us for ‘60 Second Fan', Chris brings us some songs fresh from Wembley Way, ChelTel gives us another ‘Tale From the Shed', and Chidge answers your questions in ‘Dear Mart' and ‘You're on CFFC'.

What a week it's been. First we knock the Scousers out of the Champions league in probably the greatest game the competition has ever seen, and then on Saturday, we had a jolly good day out at Wembley and are now set for our second FA Cup final in 3 seasons.

Whilst the Liverpool game was not for the feint hearted, the boy's nerves were calmed by visits to the local pubs before and after the game. They also bumped into a few famous and infamous characters along the way. Arsenal at Wembley proved to be an enjoyable stroll, with a good team performance, not least by the FanCast crew out singing the Gooners on the Tube, on Wembley Way and in the Stadium. Chidge believed that the omens were good after seeing a lovely young lady disrobing on the way to the Stadium. Apparently he's still looking for her!

Ross Mooring, FanCast Blogger extraordinaire comes in as super sub for the absent Martin which gives us the excuse to bring back one of our favourite bits of the show: '60 Second Fan'. Ross rises to the challenge manfully!

With Chris' voice just about recovered from a week of fervent singing, he gives us the best of the chants experienced at Wembley on Saturday, where our songs outnumbered Arsenal's by at least 5:1. Talking of singing, ChelTel explains in ‘Tales From The Shed' how he managed to infiltrate a West Ham Pub disco sometime in the ‘80's and took over the stage to sing them some Chelsea songs...without being killed.

Finally, Chidge takes the helm in Dear Mart to answer your questions on Queresma, who to come in for A. Cole against Barcelona, where the London Club rivalries come

As many of you know young Florent Malouda has had quite a few coatings on this show, but we are a fair and reasonable bunch on the Chelsea Football FanCast, and it seems the more he tries to look like 1970's Brazilan legend Jairzinho, the better he gets. Our advice: Florent, don't cut the Affro.

We'll give our reaction to the events at St James Park on Saturday where we ruined Shearers resurrection. He's not the Messiah, he's a naughty boy! We also preview the next installment of the 5 year epic with the Scousers at Anfield on Wednesday, confident that the boys can do the business and bring them back to the Bridge for a stuffing the following week.

On this FanCast we give you a compilation of some of Chel Tel's funniest Tales From the Shed, together with contributions from our special guests Jason Cundy and Big Phil.

Over the last year our very own Chel Tel has become something of a Chelsea Football FanCast legend! As a Chelsea fan going home and away from the 1970's through the days when we were ‘not very good' until the last decade of unparalleled glory Chel Tel has seen and done it all. Every week, he regales us with his ‘Tales From the Shed' and they have become the most popular bit of the show.

On today's show Chel Tel tells us how he hitched a lift on Hickey's coach on the way to Bristol City away, how he led the Spurs fans in chants against the board from the Paxton Lane end when Chelsea fans were supposedly banned, being caught short at Old Trafford and relieving himself on their not so hallowed turf, how he had to do more than sing for his supper on the way back from Grimsby away in 1989 and finally, how getting John McNaught hammered on New Years Eve was the inspiration for 2 great goals the next day.

In between, some of our guests give us their own Tales From The Shed as Big Phil asks us where carrots come from after his experience of the Cup Winners Cup final in 1998, and tells us how Stuart became one of the youngest pitch invaders ever at Shrewsbury away. Jason Cundy recalls playing for Chelsea in the late ‘80's, the influence of Paul Elliot and signs Chel Tel's programme from the pre-season friendly against Somersham Town in 1987. On this week's Chelsea Football FanCast we give the game against Spurs a good going over, have a right old rant about Uefa mugging us off again, sing Molly Malone in "We're out to show the world the way to sing!" and discuss the Wembley semi-final ticket allocation, Chelsea shirts... and Leicester in "Question Time" .

The title chances appear to be over in a miserable defeat to our arch rivals Sp*rs. The boys are seriously depressed and bemoan Chelsea's inability to actually put the ball in the back of the net. Chel Tel turns up late, allaying fears that he had jumped off Putney Bridge at the thought of it all.

Michel Platini and his friends have pitted us against Liverpool again in the Champions League, but are we scared? NO! The boys are confident that with home advantage in the decisive second leg, Chelsea can win through to the semi's and hopefully beyond for a revenge mission against Man USA in the final.

To cheer us up, The Blues Brothers give us a rousing rendition of Molly Malone in "We're out to show the world the way to sing!" We even manage to squeeze in a few bars of "We Hate T*ttenh*m aswell!!

We've got a double dose of Question Time this week as we answer questions on the semi-final tickets and singing at Wembley, candidates for player of the year, Chelsea shirts... and Leicester!

Finally, in "You're on CFFC" it's all gone to the dogs as we wonder why our Facebook group have been comparing certain Chelsea players with breeds of dogs. They've obviously got too much time on their hands or have been smoking too many Jamaican Woodbines!!

The boys are a little frustrated with just a 1-0 win over City, having battered them for most of the match. Clearly it's good to see Essien and Ricky C back - oh what might have been! Juliano Belletti gets an honourable mention and yes, we're worried about Drogba and Deco. And, of course we ask Malouda, who?

Martin and Stu's away trip to Torino was the usual mix of planes, taxis and many pubs, with a lot of singing and a bit of football thrown in for good measure. But Chelsea's performance wasn't the highpoint, it was Woodsey trying to snog an Italian Police Woman!! Like Chelsea, he got away with a draw. .

Yannick asks us why we don't have any Arsenal songs. We set the record straight and prove him wrong with an Arsenal related medley with some good old blasts from the past in "We're out to show the world the way to sing!" Does any body remember "where's your lipstick Charlie George?"

We've caused a bit of a stir with the 3 most hated rivals slot last week, but are we backing down? NO! We shamelessly flog the issue one more time and reveal the results of the Football FanCast poll.

On this week's Chelsea Football FanCast, we discuss how Alex's Brazilian Samba met Hiddink's Total Football in the cup win against Coventry. Chel Tel reveals that we do have history in "Tales from the Shed", we have a fine rendition of ‘Chelsea Ranger' in "We're out to show the World the way to Sing", the three rivals we hate the most are revealed in "Question Time", and in "You're on CFFC" we discuss the support or lack of it.

Que sera sera put the Champagne on ice, we're going to Wembley twice!! Chelsea are through to the FA Cup Semi Final thanks to another Drogba goal and Alex's superb counter attacking goal. The boys discuss the goals and Queresma's quality cameo in the win against Coventry. Whilst delighted that both the Drog and Essien are back we also ask where Michael's Ballacks have gone as the Capitan Deutsche Fussball Mannschaft seems to be a shadow of his former self!

Singing in the rain at the midweek win against Pompey is also on the agenda, and we'll be asking who let Ashley Cole get drunk and disorderly, and saying hard luck and get fit soon Paolo Ferreira. In "We're out to show the World the way to Sing", another terrace classic is unearthed and appropriately it's "Chelsea Ranger" - don't let your Mum sing it!

On this week's Chelsea Football FanCast, Big Phil returns!!! Yes our very own Big Phil joins the FanCast regulars as we discuss the wins against the mighty Wigan and the lowly Juventus. Phil reveals his two favourite Chopper Harris tackles in "Tales from the Shed", and the Blues Brothers give us a rousing rendition of Chelsea Alouette in "We're out to teach the World the way to Sing". We discuss our favourite away grounds in "Question Time", and in "You're on CFFC" we hear from Chel Tel's brother Glid and your posts on Kalou's Arsenal gaffe!

Super Frankie Lampard does it again to clinch all 3 points against a lively Wigan and JT proves he's better than Eric Cantona with his brilliant goal making him Chelsea's highest scoring defender. The boys rubbish the paper talk of JT going to Middle Eastlands in the summer, and also voice their concerns that Chelsea are a 60 minute team at the moment. Looking back at the midweek Champions League tie against Juventus, the boys are more impressed with Alex's feat of killing the ball than they are with Nedved, Del Piero and Buffon. Whilst hopeful of a result in the return leg, we think it could well be squeaky bum time. Talking of squeaking bums, was Joe Cole really squeezing a fart out on Sky Sports post match coverage...

No Chel Tel this week, so Big Phil takes up the reigns in "Tales from the Shed". We hear about Phil's favourite two Chopper Harris tackles - not for the feint hearted and Frank Worthington is apparently still recovering! In "We're out to teach the World the way to Sing!" a full complement of Blues Brothers take the lead in singing a favourite European away song: Chelsea Allouette!

In "Question Time" Rick Finch's question of what are our favourite away grounds is answered. Answers range from Anfield, the Nou Camp, 3 Point Lane and believe it or not Cambridge Utd's ground! And finally, in "You're on CFFC" we hear from Chel Tel's brother - Glid - who invites us down to Devon for a pint or 5 and asks what we think of Chelsea's formation and whether Hiddink is here for the long term. Kalou's apparent desire to play for Arsenal is also discussed and on a lighter note, Sp*rs exit from Europe.

On this week's Chelsea Football FanCast, Chelsea are back! Chidge and the boys discuss everything you need to know about the win at Villa Park, and then look forward to Ranieri's return to the Bridge with Juventus. There's a Villa Park and After Shock flavoured "Tale from the Shed", a real terrace classic celebrating Peter Osgood in "We'd like to teach the world the way to sing!", the worst Chelsea player ever in "Question Time" and all of your post in "You're on CFFC".

The boys are delighted to be celebrating a win against a decent team rather than moaning and needing therapy as of late! Thanks to Hiddink Chelsea are back, kind of! With the functional win against Villa allied to some sublime skills shown by Lampard, Anelka and Deco things are looking up again.

The boys look forward to Juventus visiting the Bridge this Wednesday, and the return of Claudio Ranieri. Cue a few Tinkerman reminisces such as Wayne Bridge's goal at the library, the win against the hubcap thieves to secure Champions League football and the confused tactical defeat in Monaco. But mainly thank you for bringing us Frank Lampard! The vocal chords will be warming up for Ranieri on Wednesday as a result.

Talking of singing, Blues Brother Chris leads the boys in a fine rendition of "Born is the King of Stamford Bridge" - a celebration of the late great Peter Osgood, which always brings back a few memories and anecdotes featuring the Chelsea Legend.

Talking of Chelsea Legends, Chel Tel takes a back seat as Chidge takes over the reins for this week's "Tales from the Shed". The trip to Villa Park for the FA Cup semi-final against Fulham in 2002 is featured, notable of course for the mass outbreak of Celery throwing and Chidge getting utterly mashed up on Guinness and After Shocks, but are these two incidents related?

In "Question Time" Martin picks up the debate started by Kristian Downer on who was Chelsea's worst ever player, which of course leads to a mass outbreak of disagreement. Apparently Chel Tel's appearance as a junior doesn't count!!

Finally, in "You're on CFFC", Chidge name checks an old mate of Chel Tel's, Stephen and the Irish Chelsea FanCast fans and a Chelsea fan living in Birmingham who now has the bragging rights over Villa thanks to the win!

Ray Wilkins tactical nous and a Nicolas Anelka hat trick against Watford make it a happy Valentine's Day for the Chels, and on this week's Chelsea Football FanCast the boys discuss the 3-1 victory, Scolari's dismissal by Roman Abramovich and the temporary appointment of Hiddink.

The boys applaud Wilkins for his 100% win record as Chelsea Manager, switching to 4:4:2 and playing Anelka and Drogba together...at last! Roman Abramovich is also applauded for taking direct action to remove the underperforming Scolari, acting like a fan not a Chairman and clearly giving a damn about the club he loves. The pros and cons of Guus Hiddink's appointment are also considered. Clearly, Roman has been listening to the FanCast, as every True Blue should!

With Chris and Martin both at the Watford game, they give us the first podcast airing of the new Mancienne and Stoch songs, and an old terrace classic - "Who's that team we call the Chelsea" is belted out in We'd like to teach the world the way to sing.

We all live in a Chel Tel world as he recalls the last game of the 1989 2nd division championship winning season away at fishy Grimsby. No surprise then that one of our listeners had suggested him for the vacant Chelsea manager's job!

On the Chelsea Football FanCast this week, Mike Rileys shocker on Shocking Sunday and the Nightmare on Anfield Road.

Because Martin and the Blues Bros were actually at the Anfield debacle, we’ve delayed the fancast by a couple of days, not least so that we can all get over the trauma.

Anyway, on this edition we’ll be raking over the disaster at Anfield, decrying Super Frankie Lampard’s sending off, applauding Boswinga’s karate kick (only joking) and getting the low down on what it was like to be there from the boys themselves.

We’ll also be having a look back at the Middlesbrough game from last week and pondering where Chelsea go from here.

The boys are delighted with Super Frankie Lampards 40 yard screamer and 2 goals from Mickey Ballack as Chelsea seal a 3-1 victory over Ipswich in the FA Cup 4th round. Whilst everything in the garden is clearly not all rosy, a win is a win and the boys are certainly not moaning as much as Clive Walker was in the Radio 5 Live commentary!

In the light of many requests, the FanCast team bring you a new feature: “We’d like to teach the world to Sing” or “Songs from the Shed” if you prefer. Resident songsmiths – Blues Brothers Stu and Chris Norman give us a striking rendition of “His Name is Tommy Baldwin” in readiness for the Liverpool away game next week. This will be a regular feature of the show with the aim to teach listeners all the Chelsea terrace classics, some old, some new, a few borrowed but definitely all blue and we’ll be posting the lyrics from featured songs on the Facebook group!

In Chel Tel’s abscence, Stu brings us another “Tale from the Shed” – recalling the away match in the Champions League against AC Milan we learn about chocolate spaghetti and the Blues Brothers attempts to blend in by adopting Milanese high fashion! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse we lose to Man USA 3-0! Stu phones in live from the car on the way back from Old Trafford and can barely bring him self to speak. The boys drag themselves out of their depression and analyse where it all went wrong. Simple answer – everywhere! Never the less the lads remain undecided on whether it’s P45 time for Big Phil, but to remove any doubt Chidge decides it might be time for the return of Gianfranco Zola and Stevie Clarke. Lets face it, if they can make Carlton Cole into a goal machine, just think what they could do with our dispirited bunch!

Chidge lightens the mood and introduces the show with a big surprise for Martin and Chel Tel with a football birthday cake complete with monster sparkler and a bottle of champagne! This prompts Chel Tel into his most hilarious Tale from the Shed yet where he reveals how he relieved himself at Old Trafford in 1986!

In a meaty edition of “Question Time” Ashley Young gets the nod as the best possible English buy, on the basis that he is young and English! Talking of English, English Jonny Come Lately’s come under our derision and attack for their lack of passion and support at the games whilst our Blue friends from around the world are applauded for their commitment to the Blue cause!

In You’re on CFFC, we hear from some friends old and new, and Robert D’Elsini explains where the current rot set in.

On this weeks Chelsea Football FanCast: Stanley Matthews, Gordan Banks, Robbie Williams, Josiah Wedgwood – your boys took a hell of a beating! That’s right Chidge and the boys discuss Chelsea’s last minute victory against the mighty Stoke. The mid-week win against Southend in the Cup is also on the agenda. Stu fills Chel Tel’s shoes in “Tales from the Shed” , motivation or punishment and Johnny Leave Early’s are discussed in Question Time and Chidge gets stitched up like a kipper on “You’re on CFFC”.

Something oddly nostalgic in the last gasp, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat win against Stoke on Saturday. The boys are reminded of the days when we were ‘not so good’ and games like this were all the rage. In spite of the win, the boys refuse to paper over the cracks, but also wonder whether this marks the turning point in the season.

The discussion of the Southend win centres on Zonal marking which the lads hope they’ve seen the last of. Talking of things they might not see again, the boys ponder whether they will see Didier Drogba in a Chelsea shirt again.

With Chel Tel struck down by a dodgy throat, Stu steps in to the breech and recalls Ranieri’s first game in charge, away at Old Trafford, culminating in Stu’s Mum refusing to give a young John Terry and Mario Melchiot a lift!

In “Question Time” the boys answer whether motivation or punishment is the right approach to underperforming players, and Chris has a novel punishment for Johnny Leave Earlies!

On this weeks Chelsea Football FanCast the boys discuss the Chelsea v Southend FA Cup tie, look forward to the Chelsea v Man Utd game next week. We also say a fond farewell to Wayne Bridge, discuss all the transfer rumours and latest Blues News, Chel Tel gives us another “Tale fom the Shed” and we answer your concerns in “Question Time” and You’re on CFFC”.

Misery abounds on the FanCast this week as Martin and Stu tell us how the Shrimpers made the Chels look like prawns as Chelsea only managed a draw with lowly Southend in the FA Cup. The lads bemoan Chelsea’s profligacy up front and the fact that Scolari still won’t play Drogba and Anelka together.

Discussing the crucial game against Man Utd next week the boys are not confident of getting a result against our nemesis, but at least they can look forward to celebrating Martin’s Birthday! Wayne Bridge’s departure is met with much disappointment, not least since we will no longer be able to sing his two great songs on a regular basis. All together now: Follow, Follow, Follow, there was only 2 minutes to go...Other transfer rumours are pondered with fingers crossed that one of them will be Chidge’s favourite player (!) – Malouda.

Chel Tel regales us with an international “Tale from the Shed” as he recounts the match where he saw two Chelsea legends: Berg and Dan Dan Super Dan playing against each other. “Question time” sees the boys answer who was the most exciting Chelsea signing and who is better – Wayne Bridge or Ashley Cole – clearly Big Phil thinks the latter!

The boys return after Chidge’s man flu for a bumper Christmas special on this week’s Chelsea Football FanCast.

Martin organised the trip ‘away’ to Fulham and a very bouncy time was had by all, ruined only by Dempsey’s last minute equaliser to dampen the Christmas spirit. Doubts are creeping in about Big Phil’s ability to win silverware this season. In our reviews of the Fulham and West Brom games, Malouda and Deco and Big Phil take the brickbats and Super Frankie Lampard, Drogs and Ricky C take the plaudits.

Special guests Dino from San Francisco and Phil from Germany join the regulars and enter into the spirit with a “60 Second Fan” double header, and talk about what it’s like to follow the Chels from overseas. Phil also talks about the Chelsea FC facebook group which has enough members to fill Stamford Bridge…almost!

In “Question Time” the team attempt to answer why only a few players salute the travelling Chels faithful at away games, and also whether Chel Tel likes a drink or 5. Talking of the legend that is Chel Tel, we have a very surreal “Tale From the Shed” recounting the alleged plot to storm the Iranian Embassy in 1980 by a very motley Chelsea crew!

Christmas messages are on the agenda in “Your on CFFC” and we wrap up proceedings with our Best and Worst moments from 2008 including defeating the Mickey Mousers in the Champions League with more bouncy bouncy in the MHU, Balletti’s goals, Super Frankie Lampard and on the down side – losing the Premier League, Champions League, Carling Cup and Stevie Clarke! Oh well, here’s to a better 2009!!

On this week’s Chelsea Football FanCast, Chidge is mob handed! Paul and Oleg join regulars Martin, Stu and the legend that is Chel Tel

It all goes pear shaped at home again as the Blues drop another two points, and seeing as it is against our arch rivals from the East End, the boys are none too happy. In fact they collectively recommend sticking the bubbles where the sun don’t shine!!

Chidge and the boys can’t understand why Big Phil doesn’t start with the Drogs B*llocks and ‘Saint’ Nic up front, whilst concern about the defence is expressed with the absence of Ricky C. The boys ask the question – is Deco a luxury we can’t afford, but Chel Tel springs to the little chaps defence!! All in all, our confidence in winning some silverware this season seems to diminish with each home game.

The boys look on the bright side with the squeaky bum win against Cluj in midweek, but are a liitle concerned that finishing second in he group means that we could face Barcelona in the next round, and failing that who would bet against being matched up against old managers Ranieri at Juventus or Henk Ten Cate at Panthanaikos.

Whilst the boys were at the West Ham game, Chel Tel spent the day (drinking Guinness!) at a mates daughters christening, leading to a hilarious if somewhat garbled “Tale from the Shed” – the origin of the Denis Wise song after the game in Milan! All together now…

We have a new feature called “Question Time” where we answer questions put on the Facebook site by Robert D’Elsini and Joseph Monroy, and plenty of messages from around he world in “You’re on CFFC”! On this week’s Chelsea Football FanCast, Chidge is joined by usual suspects Martin, Chel Tel, and one half of the Blues Brothers – Chris who review the Bolton game, preview the Cluj and West Ham games, discuss the forthcoming transfer window, reminisce with a "Tale from the Shed" and answer your questions and discuss your comments in "You're on CFFC".

The boys applaud ‘Saint’ Nic for maintaining his position as the Premier Leagues top goal scorer, Deco for his goal of the season contender and most of all the Chels for breaking the record for away wins in the top flight in the 2-0 win at Bolton – and more important snatching the record away from R*ttenham Dropsp*r!

Scolari’s free flowing counter attacking football gets the thumbs up although the boys also register their concern at the home form and Chelsea’s inability to remove the bus that the opposition park in front of the goal.

We take a look at the forthcoming January Sales (or Transfer Window as the Premier League call it). Taking up the points raised all week by the Facebook group, the boys discuss potential striker buys, and as always agree to disagree! One mans Owen is another mans Huntelaar it seems. One thing they do agree on is that Malouda should be sold!

The crucial fothcoming game against Cluj sees the boys in bullish form as a sound thumping is predicted, and they also look forward to the visit of our feeder club – West Ham – and the return of the legends that are GianFranco Zola and Steve Clarke next week.

Talking of West Ham, Chel Tel passes on the mantle of ‘Tales from the Shed’ to Chidge this week as we hear how he got the Matthew Harding Lower to follow him in a chant of F*** Off Di Canio several years ago.

In “Question Time!” in “You’re on CFFC”, the boys answer the question of “whats the favourite away game” recalling the win against Spurs in the FA Cup the season before last and the After Shock and Guinness fuelled, Celery throwing semi final against Fulham at Villa Park. And if that’s not enough we’ve got a Parisians view of Florent Maladroit. Not for the feint hearted!!

Sadly Chidge, Martin, Chel Tel, the Blues Brothers and Paul have to talk about the wretched defeat to the Arse. Understandably they are not happy and two main themes are discussed: No end product for the Chelsea attack and a worrying lack of backbone when going behind. For the first time this season serious doubts are cast about our title challenge and assault on other trophies. The depression deepens with our analysis of the Bordeaux midweek Champions League match with a similar assessment: Have Chelsea got a Plan B?

The Drogs B*llocks was clearly missed against the Arse and the boys consider his latest musings in the press and rumoured meeting with Inter Milan. Although Drogba does little to endear himself to the Chels faithful, the boys unanimously declare that we want him to stay at the Bridge. After all who else is going to pulverise opposition defences in the months to come.

Thankfully Chel Tel brings some much needed light relief to the show with another of his legendary ‘Tales from the Shed’. He recounts a strange meeting with Ken Bates in which our very own Chel Tel was on the receiving end of an infamous Bates insult.

Finally, in ‘You’re on CFFC’, we have a new feature called “Questions to the Team” kicked off with Robert D’Elsini’s “Worst away ground” and Andy Blades “Best Chelsea goal that never was” questions.
